The whole system of the super thin
grinding mill consists of main unit, deceleration machine, classifier, blower, hammer crusher, dustpan elevator, electro-magnetic vibrating feeder, impulse dust cleaner, piping device, cyclone collector device, classifier, high-pressure motor and muffler.
The main motor of the Super Thin
Grinding Mill (Ultrafine Mill) drives main axle and every layer rotating by the power of reducer. Dial drives numbers of rollers rolling and rotating in the ring by pintles. Big materials are crushed into small particles by hammer crusher. Then they are sent to store house by elevator.
Vibrating feeder send the materials evenly to the middle of the upper dial. Under the function of the eccentricity, the materials fall into the ring to be pressed, crushed and Milled into pieces by rollers. After the first crush, materials fall into the second and third layer. The pumping of the high-pressure centrifugal blower put the outside air into the machine. The coarse powder will be brought into the classifier.

1. System of job responsibility and operation standard should be build for someone who responsible for equipment operation. Operator must be qualified with machine technical feature, operational requirement and operating rules and regulations. New operator must receive technical training and meet the requirement of operation.
2. In order to ensure Mill can work normally for a long term, it is necessary to establish the equipment maintenance system and have examination and repair tool, accessories, spare parts and grease.
3. After a period, you should carry on the overhaul and exchange rollers and rings so that it can work normally.
4. It is benefit to lubricate each oil site according to lubrication system requirement.
5. It is normal phenomenon that ring crackle appear because it is worn to a certain thick, you should exchange it in time.
6. In order to guarantee blower can work stable, you should sweep and clear the ash on its leaves regularly.
7. In order to avoid resistance oversized, affects the wind amount, you should clean the muffler timely.
8. Exanimate bag filter regularly and exchange it if it is worn.
9. Maintenance of corollary equipment should refer to its instruction.
